Reservation Policy

  • Check-in begins at 14:00 pm. If you arrive before 14:00 pm, we request that you check your luggage in the reception and enjoy our lobby and pool area until your room is available.
  • Check-Out after 12:00pm must be requested. Please contact the reception at least one day prior to departure. If the stay is extended until sometime before 18.00 pm, the guest is required to pay a supplement that amounts to half the cost of daily price. If the stay is extended after 18.00 pm, then the guest is required to pay the full sum of a day’s price.
  • In order to verify the reservation, a deposit is required within three working days from the moment the guest has been provided with the Bank Account from the Hotel.
  • Regardless of the time or day of arrival, the rent is calculated based on the day of arrival of the reservation.
  • If cancelled up to 7 days a refund to the value of 50% of the deposit paid is payable.
  • If cancelled up to 4 days no refund is payable.
  • In the event of early departure, the guest is required to pay 50% of the remaining stay.
  • Accommodation is free of charge for children under the age of 3.
  • Pets are not allowed.
